This class is THE perfect start to your shuffle journey! Come learn the basics of shuffling as we breakdown the foundations step-by-step in a fun, accessible approach. We'll be breaking down the running-(wo)man, t-step, and other intro shuffle concepts in this 1.5-hour course - 0 dance experience required!

Shuffle Dance 

This Liability Waiver and Release Form ("Agreement") is executed by the undersigned participant or legal guardian (if the participant is under 18 years of age) ("Participant") in favor of Shuffle HQ ("Studio"), its owners, directors, employees, instructors, agents, representatives, and affiliates ("Released Parties").
By signing this Agreement, the Participant acknowledges, understands, and agrees to the following:
1. Assumption of Risk
The Participant acknowledges that dance classes, fitness classes, workshops, rehearsals, and related activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injuries, falls, muscle strains, sprains, broken bones, and other injuries that may occur during participation. The Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with these activities.
2. Release of Liability
The Participant, on behalf of themselves and their heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby releases, waives, discharges, and agrees not to sue the Released Parties for any injury, illness, damage, or loss that the Participant may suffer, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, while participating in any activity at or associated with the Studio.
3. Medical Fitness and Emergency Consent
The Participant certifies that they are in good health and physically capable of participating in dance and fitness activities. If the Participant has any medical condition, injury, or limitation, they must notify the Studio in writing prior to participation. In the event of a medical emergency, the Studio is authorized to obtain medical treatment for the Participant, and the Participant assumes full financial responsibility for such treatment.
4. Code of Conduct
The Participant agrees to follow all Studio rules, policies, and instructor guidelines. Disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from classes without a refund.
5. Binding Nature of Agreement
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Texas and applies to all Studio activities, including those taking place at offsite locations.
By signing below, the Participant acknowledges they have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
