Under the canopy of the towering oak trees outside the beloved Landa Branch Library, we’ll slow down, breathe deep, and create space for God to move. This rejuvenating session blends scripture meditation, prayer, gentle stretching, and a faith-filled Praise Pilates flow designed to restore both body and spirit. Surrounded by nature and accompanied by worship music, we’ll invite the Holy Spirit to join us as we ground ourselves, release what weighs us down, and step into renewed strength and peace.
