5:30 PM | Arrival + Check In + Change into your Vitality outfit!

Sensory Calibration : We start with a curated chocolate and sensory tasting led by @mokshachocolate. A quick 15-minute reset to get out of your head and into the present moment.

Keynote Speaker: Wade (@wellnesswithwade) takes the floor to dive into the power of fitness and wellness. This is the "no-BS" portion of the night designed to spark a better conversation about where we are and where we’ are  going! 

Mobility + Strength:  A 40 minute mobility and stretch lead by Maylene of @vormfit 

Cool Down: Dre leads us through an introduction to somatic health.

Community + Connection: DJ Prince Ali will be keeping the vibes high and the dance floor is open. Connect with our vendors, network with like-minded men, and enjoy the music!
