Join us for a 45-minute heavy bag boxing class at Jab Lab, hosted in partnership with UNICEF NextGen HTX. This session combines boxing combinations and conditioning for a challenging, approachable workout—no prior boxing experience required.

This event is also a fundraiser supporting UNICEF USA, helping provide healthcare, education, nutrition, and emergency relief to children worldwide 🌍
