Join us for an immersive candlelight wellness night designed to help you slow down, reset, and nourish your mind and body. *Unplugged* is your chance to step away from the noise, breathe deeper, and reconnect with yourself through movement, sound, and intention.

### **✨ Candlelight Yoga led by Shelley of Reach Yoga**

We’ll ease into the evening with a grounding, feel-good flow. Slow movement, deep stretches, soft candlelight, the perfect way to unwind and get centered.

**✨ Immersive Sound Bath w/ Diandra (Diyamas)**

Drop into deep rest as Diandra guides you through a sound bath with crystal alchemy bowls, Tibetan sound bowls, a gong bath, and other soothing frequencies. Her session is designed to calm your nervous system and help you settle into a truly restorative state.
