By purchasing a ticket to and/or attending Socialista’s Valentine’s Sip & Social (“Event”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk
I understand that attendance at this Event involves social interaction, music, movement, and the consumption of alcoholic beverages. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending the Event, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss that may occur before, during, or after the Event.
Alcohol Consumption
I acknowledge that alcohol may be served or consumed at this Event and confirm that I am 21 years of age or older. I agree to consume alcohol responsibly and understand that I am solely responsible for my actions and well-being while attending the Event. I understand that Socialista, the venue, staff, and vendors are not responsible for any consequences related to alcohol consumption.
Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Socialista, Lamp & Shade, their owners, employees, contractors, volunteers, partners, and all affiliated vendors from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the Event, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, loss, or damage of any kind.
Medical Responsibility
I understand that Socialista and the Event organizers do not provide medical care. I am responsible for my own health, safety, and medical needs while attending the Event.
Media Release
I grant Socialista the irrevocable right to photograph, film, and record me during the Event and to use my likeness, image, voice, and appearance in any media for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes without compensation or prior approval.
Code of Conduct
I agree to conduct myself in a respectful and responsible manner. Socialista and the venue reserve the right to remove any attendee who engages in unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior, without refund.
Acknowledgment
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this Event, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver and release of liability.
