One dish inspired by a global cuisine (Mediterranean, Latin American/Caribbean, or Asian)
The cookbook or recipe your dish comes from
Bringing a dish is required so everyone can share and experience the theme together.  But don’t worry — dishes can be simple. The goal is sharing flavors and discovering new recipes together.

**Event Agenda | Passport to Flavors**

1:30 – 1:45 PM | Arrival & Welcome

Doors open, guests arrive, check in, and get settled. We’ll kick things off with a warm welcome, a brief overview of the theme, and what to expect throughout the afternoon.

 

1:45 – 2:15 PM | Dish Setup, Photos & Mingle

Set up your dish, take pictures, meet fellow guests, browse the table, and get inspired by the variety of recipes and cookbooks being shared.

 

2:15 – 2:25 PM | Ice Breaker Games

We’ll kick it off with a few light, fun games to get everyone acquainted.

 

2:25 – 3:00 PM | Food Sharing Begins

The shared-table experience officially opens. Taste dishes, ask questions, swap recipes, and enjoy the heart of the event; great food and genuine connection.

 

3:00 – 3:30 PM | Interactive Stations Open

Rotate through our hands-on experiences at your own pace: we will have a variety of vendors to sample products from. Light music from the DJ keeps the energy flowing.

 

3:30 – 3:50 PM | Games & Prizes

Gather for fun, low-pressure group games and community moments. Prizes will be given out throughout this segment, including cookware, kitchen items, and special surprises.

 

3:50 – 4:00 PM | Final Mingle, More Games & Wrap-Up

Enjoy final tastings, revisit stations, grab your food and gifts to-go, and connect with anyone you may have missed. We’ll close with a few final prize moments and a thank-you as we wrap up the afternoon together.

**Dress Code**
Travel-inspired chic or casual; come as you are.

Plenty of parking available on-site.

Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk
I understand that Vegas Cookbook Club events involve interactive culinary activities including, but not limited to: food preparation and tastings, use of cooking equipment and utensils, possible knife skills workshops or demonstrations, sampling food and beverages provided by sponsors, and physical movement within event spaces. I understand that these activities carry inherent risks including cuts, burns, slips, allergic reactions, foodborne illness, choking, or other injury. I voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with my participation.

Food Allergies & Dietary Responsibility
I understand that food served or prepared at this event may contain common allergens including but not limited to nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, eggs, shellfish, sesame, or other potential allergens. I acknowledge that Vegas Cookbook Club does not guarantee allergen-free preparation environments. Cross-contamination may occur. It is my responsibility to disclose allergies and use discretion when consuming food. I agree that Vegas Cookbook Club, its founder, team, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, and venue partners are not liable for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or food-related illness.

Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Nevada law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge: Vegas Cookbook Club, its founder, officers, contractors, volunteers, and staff, event sponsors and brand partners, demonstrators and workshop hosts, and the event venue and property owner from any and all claims, demands, damages, injuries, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in this event, including claims of negligence.

Workshop & Equipment Acknowledgment
If participating in any hands-on workshop or demonstration involving knives or cooking tools, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating. I will follow all safety instructions. I assume all risks associated with handling such equipment.

Medical Responsibility
I certify that I am physically able to participate in event activities. I understand that I am solely responsible for any medical costs arising from injury or illness occurring during or after the event.

Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vegas Cookbook Club and its sponsors from any claims brought by me or on my behalf arising out of my participation.

Media Release
I grant permission for Vegas Cookbook Club to photograph or record the event and to use my likeness in marketing, social media, and promotional materials without compensation.

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes arising from participation in this event shall be resolved in Clark County, Nevada.

Acknowledgment of Understanding
By checking the box below and completing my registration, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this agreement. I understand that I am giving up certain legal rights. I agree voluntarily.
