By registering for and/or participating in the VIBES + MOTION event (the “Event”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participating in physical activities — including but not limited to running, group fitness classes, cold plunge recovery, and other wellness activations — involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, dehydration, fainting, heat stroke, cold-related conditions, and accidents. I voluntarily assume all such risks, known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the organizers or others.

2. Release of Liability
In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Event, I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, executors, personal representatives, and assigns, hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Winning Events Group, the owner and producer of VIBES + MOTION, as well as all event sponsors, partners, vendors, volunteers, staff, and the host venue, from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action, including but not limited to personal injury, death, or property damage, arising out of or related to my participation in the Event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3. Medical Treatment
I consent to receive medical care and transportation in the event of injury, accident, or illness and waive any and all claims related to such medical treatment or transportation. I understand that I am responsible for my own medical insurance and expenses.

4. Health Declaration
I certify that I am physically fit and have no known medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in the Event. I am solely responsible for listening to my body and will not push beyond my limits.

5. Cold Plunge Disclaimer
I understand that cold plunge exposure may not be safe for individuals with certain medical conditions, including but not limited to heart problems, high blood pressure, or cold sensitivity. I agree to consult with a medical professional if I have any health concerns and participate in the cold plunge at my own risk.

6. Photo & Media Release
I grant permission to Winning Events Group and its partners to use any photographs, video, or recordings taken during the Event that may include my image or voice for promotional and marketing purposes, in any medium, without compensation or further approval.

7. Code of Conduct
I agree to participate respectfully and responsibly, following all event rules and instructions. I understand that any inappropriate, dangerous, or disruptive behavior may result in my removal from the Event without refund.
