* Class begins promptly at **9:00 AM**. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to get settled before we begin.

* Pass up the main door and make a right to arrive at the back entrance.&#x20;

&#x20;**Parking:** There's limited off-street parking right in front of Sando.itchi. Additional street parking is available at **36th & Chestnut** and along **Delgany St (between 35th and Festival St)**.

BODË LANGUAGE Participation Waiver & Release of Liability

By registering for and participating in any BODË LANGUAGE class, event, or service instructed by Dr. Zoë Carroll, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk
Participation in Pilates, fitness, mobility, stretching, strengthening, and conditioning activities is voluntary and involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, strains, sprains, falls, injury, illness, or other physical complications. By participating, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities.

Health Acknowledgment
You affirm that you are physically able to participate and understand that BODË LANGUAGE and Dr. Zoë Carroll do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have any medical conditions, injuries, concerns, or limitations, you agree to consult your physician before participating.

Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless BODË LANGUAGE, Dr. Zoë Carroll, event hosts, venues, assistants, contractors, affiliates, and their respective representatives from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or causes of action arising out of or related to your participation in any BODË LANGUAGE class, event, or service.

Participant Responsibility
You agree to participate within your own abilities and to immediately stop exercising if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, discomfort, or any other concerning symptoms.

Photo & Video Release
You acknowledge and agree that photographs, video recordings, and other media may be captured during BODË LANGUAGE classes, events, and services. By participating, you grant BODË LANGUAGE and Dr. Zoë Carroll the unrestricted right and permission to photograph, record, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, and use your likeness, image, voice, and appearance in any photographs, videos, recordings, or other media for promotional, educational, marketing, advertising, social media, website, and other lawful business purposes, without compensation or further approval. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials or their future use and release BODË LANGUAGE and Dr. Zoë Carroll from any claims arising from the authorized use of such media.

Attendance & Cancellation Policy
Class space is limited and reserved in advance. No-shows and late cancellations may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the event details.

Acknowledgment
By completing your registration, checking the acknowledgment box, and/or submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, fully understand, and voluntarily agree to this Waiver and Release of Liability and its terms.
