I, the undersigned, understand that participating in physical activities such as yoga, stretching, breathwork, and movement classes at Jungla Training may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, injury, dehydration, or other physical complications. I voluntarily choose to participate, acknowledging that I am in good health and able to engage safely in this activity.

Release of Liability

In consideration of my participation, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Jungla Training LLC, its owners, instructors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during or as a result of participation in classes, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

I acknowledge that Jungla Training staff are not medical professionals and that all guidance provided during yoga classes is for general wellness purposes. I agree to listen to my body, modify as needed, and stop immediately if I experience pain or discomfort. I am solely responsible for consulting with a physician prior to participation if I have any medical conditions or concerns.

Photo & Video Release
