Come move, breathe, and reset with us at Mesa Rim Climbing Center. This all-levels, medium-intensity vinyasa class offers a dynamic and balanced practice where movement and breath are seamlessly linked.

Flow through creative sequences designed to build strength, enhance flexibility, and invite presence—both on and off the mat. Expect thoughtful cues, accessible variations, and space to move in a way that supports your unique body and energy.

Whether you’re newer to yoga or a seasoned mover, this class welcomes you into mindful, feel-good movement in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Mats provided or bring your own. All props included.
Water fountain available on site (no bottled water for sale).
Towels available to rent for $2 + tax.

*Please register in advance and complete a waiver if this is your first visit to Mesa Rim. Check in at the front desk before class. Classes begin on time—arrive 5–10 minutes early to get settled.*
