By booking and attending classes at Madre Tierra Wellness Farm, I acknowledge that participation in yoga, movement, breathwork, Qi Gong, and related wellness activities involves inherent risks of injury.

I confirm that I am physically able to participate and take full responsibility for my health and well-being. I agree to listen to my body, modify as needed, and inform the instructor of any injuries or conditions.

I hereby release and hold harmless Madre Tierra Wellness Farm and all instructors from any liability for injury, loss, or damages arising from participation.

I understand that all classes are non-refundable, and I agree to the cancellation policy.
