By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions for participating in the Virtual Mommy & Me Pilates class ("Class"):

Assumption of Risk:
I understand that participating in the Class involves physical activity, which may include stretching, strength training, and movement exercises. I recognize that these activities carry certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury, muscle strain, or other health issues. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the Class and agree to take full responsibility for any injuries or health issues that may arise.

Medical Clearance:
I confirm that I and my child (if applicable) are in good health and capable of engaging in physical activities. I affirm that I have consulted with a physician regarding my participation in this Class and have received clearance to do so. If I have any pre-existing conditions, injuries, or other concerns, I will inform the instructor prior to participation.

Child’s Safety:
I acknowledge that my child (if applicable) is under my supervision during the Class. I agree to ensure that my child is in a safe environment and will not hold the instructor liable for any injuries that occur to my child during the Class.

Liability Waiver:
I, for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, hereby waive and release any and all claims, demands, actions, and causes of action that I or my child (if applicable) may have against the instructor, the organizing entity, and any affiliates or employees arising from participation in the Class, including but not limited to any injuries, damages, or losses.

Waiver of Right to Sue:
I understand that by participating in the Class, I am waiving my right to sue the instructor, organizing entity, and any affiliated parties for any damages or injuries sustained during or as a result of the Class.

Photo and Video Consent:
I consent to being photographed or videotaped during the Class for promotional purposes, unless I notify the instructor in writing that I do not wish to be photographed or recorded.

Acknowledgment and Agreement:
I have read and understand the terms of this waiver. I am voluntarily participating in the Class and am aware of the risks involved. I agree to follow all instructions and safety guidelines provided during the Class.
