Join me on Zoom for 60 minute vinyasa & sound every other Wednesday 6:30pm EST!

**Please join 5-10 minutes before class to ensure a smooth process.**

All levels welcome.

The class is designed to help you move, release stress, and reconnect with yourself. My hope is that you leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and, renewed.

All you need is a mat and water. You can also use props such as pillows, blankets, blocks, bolsters, etc. but not required.
