A little hill work with the pack ⛰️🌿

Every last Sunday of the month, we head to Vista View Park for elevation training. It’s a chance to build strength, get comfortable on different terrain, and prepare for races with a little more climbing.

Run the hills, walk them, or do a mix of both. Everyone is welcome.

Meet us at 8:00 AM in the parking lot by Shelter 8.

Bring hydration. A soft flask is recommended, but a water bottle works too. We’ll also have Näak nutrition available to try during the workout.
