**Welcome in the winter alongside the Vivobarefoot team and founder Galahad Clark as we move together in nature.**

Join us for a sunrise hike through the Barton Creek Greenbelt and soak up those crisp, golden fall mornings by the lake. Along the way, we’ll explore the trails, connect with each other, and enjoy an energizing breathwork session led by WeBreathe's Natasha Baillères.

We will have some Vivobarefoot footwear to try before we head off and you can connect with Vivo community team.

Already own Vivos? Lace them up! And as a little thank you, the first 15 people to RSVP will receive a foot health kit to keep your feet thriving. We will have some other giveaways on the day!
