**This is your invitation to be part of something special.**

As a member of Renew Collective, you already know what it means to gather with intention. This June, we're bringing our spirit to the [**Alameda Yoga + Wellness Festival** ](https://www.alamedayogawellnessfestival.com/)presented by [Yoga Amansala](https://www.yogaamansala.com/)— and we'd love a few of you to help us run our Wellness Lounge on the day.



We're asking for a minimum of 2 hours of volunteer time, and in return, you'll have full access to the festival and everything the day has to offer.



# **About the Wellness Lounge**



The Renew Collective Wellness Lounge is our dedicated space at the festival — a place for guests to slow down, explore functional beverages, and connect with the kind of mindful, alcohol-free community we've been building together. Nestled within the lounge is our **Meditation Zone**, a quiet, intentional corner where festival guests can pause, breathe, and reset — guided by the **Calm app** and noise-canceling headphones. Volunteers helping in this area will support a calm, welcoming atmosphere where people feel safe to drop in, slow down, and simply be. No prior meditation teaching experience needed — just a grounded presence and a genuine desire to hold space for others.



Volunteer tasks may include:



**–**  Welcoming guests and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere

**–**  Helping serve and describe our featured functional beverages

**–**  Sharing information about Renew Collective and upcoming events

**–**  Light setup or breakdown of the lounge space

**–**  Being a friendly, knowledgeable presence throughout your shift

**Date:**  Saturday, June 14, 2025

**Location:**  Alameda, California

**Event Time:** 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

**Commitment:**  Minimum 2 hours (shift times will be confirmed closer to the date)

**Who:**  Open to current Renew Collective members only
