Celebrate the first day of summer with movement, sweat, and community on the waterfront.

We’re teaming up with SunLyte and NoBull to bring you a one-of-a-kind fitness experience at Pier 13—featuring a 2-mile shakeout run, a team-based competition (with rowers, kettlebells, and dumbbells), recovery stations, giveaways, and more. Expect high vibes, strong effort, and good people.

8:30 AM: Warm-up run led by VTLZR
9:00–11:00 AM: Team competition
11:00 AM: Optional yoga and recovery session
12 PM: Wrap Up

Waiver & Release of Liability

By registering for and participating in the Pier 13 Summer Kickoff hosted by VTLZR and SunLyte on June 21, 2025, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk
I understand that participating in physical activities—including running, strength training, and yoga—carries inherent risks including, but not limited to, injury, illness, fatigue, or in rare cases, serious medical events. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks.

Health Declaration
I confirm that I am physically fit and capable of participating in this event. I have not been advised by a medical professional to avoid physical activity, and I do not have any medical condition that would make participation unsafe.

Release of Liability
I release and hold harmless VTLZR, SunLyte, NoBull, Pier 13, event organizers, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and affiliated personnel from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of or related to any loss, damage, illness, or injury—physical or otherwise—that may be sustained while participating in or traveling to/from this event.

Media Release
I grant permission for VTLZR and its partners to use photographs and video footage captured during the event for marketing, promotional, or commercial purposes without compensation or further consent.

Personal Belongings
I understand that I am responsible for my own belongings during the event and that event organizers are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.
