Get ready for a fun, high-energy twist on our 11-week Walk to 5K series—this time we’re heading to the track! 🏃🏾‍♀️✨ 

Join Denver Black Girls Run Club for a special speed and endurance training hosted by Maty Ethel, where you’ll work hard, feel strong, and support one another every step of the way. 

What to Expect:
- 45 minutes training
- 30-minute yoga flow to help you cool down and stretch out. 

All paces are welcome, so meet us on the track, come as you are and bring your whole vibe. 🤍 Hydration will be provided by Momentum Hydration, just be sure to bring a water bottle, appropriate shoes, and a yoga mat. Let’s move together, build confidence, and have a great time doing it! 😊
