Every Thursday night I walk the lake loop at Lakeline Park. 2.5 miles around the water. About an hour. Then we hang around the parking lot for a while with cold drinks and honest conversation.



*I'm Terry. I've been sober seven years — no programs, no steps, no chips. Just a walk, a journal, and the decision to stop waiting for Monday.*



You don't have to be sober to come. You just have to want to walk.
