Join After Hours Club for a full day to move, create and mend. Centered around honest conversation, wellness and community built intentionally for founders, operators, and wellness-forward humans navigating the real weight of building something while taking care of our own mental wellbeing.&#x20;

\#WeMend Summit is the culminating event of May We Mend, After Hours Club's Mental Health Awareness Month campaign. A wellness sanctuary and an entire day designed around what actually helps: moving your body, expressing yourself, connecting with people who get it, and having the kind of conversations that don't usually happen in traditional professional spaces.

The day opens with [a community run](https://events.sweatpals.com/64e67d25), movement and recovery at 7:30AM and carries that energy through movement, wellness activations, a curated viewing marketplace and closes with an evening keynote panel on mental health, burnout, and what it really means to be well while building something.
