'Goddess, Rise' is here to offer a taste of something real; A soft place to land, re-access to your own creative portal and permission to exist freely and authentically as YOU 🪷

<u>What to Expect:</u>

5:45-6:10pm -- ARRIVE. Women will be given a flower to begin co-creating a flower mandala as a way to get integrated.&#x20;

6:20pm -- **Begin talk on financial strategies for women with guided journaling to plan & master** 🌱

6:45pm -- Begin slow flow yoga with @zentheyogi. No experience necessary! Movement will be fluid, grounded, and centered around breath-work (pranayama) to get out of our heads and into our body.

7:30pm -- Begin extended savasana/sound bath journey \*Sound tools include and not limited to; crystal bowls, chimes, rain stick, etc. (performed by LMT, Reiki Master and sound healer @dreamersintuition)

7:50pm -- Closing circle. Women are encouraged to speak from the heart.

What to bring: Your mat and your journal! (some provided)

\*Please arrive NO later than 6:20pm! Doors open at 5:45pm.

Ticket policy: If you purchase a ticket and later can't make it, you will be honored entrance at a future Goddess gathering 💜
