Join us *every Wednesday morning* for a **complimentary Rise Pilates class** with the incredible **Olivia Santelli**, set against the breathtaking backdrop of Lake Michigan. This 45-minute mat Pilates flow is designed to energize your body, focus your mind, and set the tone for a strong day — all before the city fully wakes up.

☀️ **WHEN:** Wednesdays at 6:30 AM (60 min class starting at 6:30am, community hang to follow)
📍 **WHERE:** Lakefront Green on Theater on the Lake – outdoors with fresh air and lake views... We also practice on the cement stairs side on the lake.
