**Foursomes only:** We do our best to fill every group, but if a foursome doesn't come together, we may need to cancel a spot. Cancellations are made in reverse order of registration, so sign up early!

Before you reserve your spot, please read and agree to the following:

Cancellation policy If you need to cancel, please do so through the Sweatpals app. All cancellations carry a $5 fee. Cancellations made within 5 days of the event are non-refundable unless your spot is filled by another player — if it is, your refund will be processed once the cancellation is completed in the app. Spots are non-transferable.

Weather & organizer cancellations If we need to cancel before tee time due to weather, you'll receive a full refund. If we get rained out mid-round, rain checks are available directly from the course. For organizer cancellations for any other reason, you'll be notified as soon as possible and issued a full refund.

Liability Participation is at your own risk. Northern Greens Golf Collective is not responsible for any injury, accident, or loss occurring on the course or surrounding premises.

Day-of reminders Plan to arrive at least 20 minutes before your tee time. No clubhouse check-in is needed unless you're renting a cart or making a purchase.
