Insta: @longdsquad.htx Looking for the young, inclusive, and friendly run club of your dreams? Look no further than Houston’s Long D(istance) Squad! Founded by two Rice undergraduates, we invite the entire running community to peruse the beautifully shaded 3-mile Rice University Loop with us. Long D Squad was founded, not on any innuendo, but on the belief that run clubs should be accessible and welcoming to people at all levels in their fitness journeys. We offer multiple routes and paces but all start and end in the same place - that’s deep. We meet right outside the Gibbs Recreation Center at Rice on Saturdays at 8:00am and Wednesdays at 7:30pm, join us!
