Join Us for Our Weekly Run Club!

Looking for a social and friendly workout? Whether you walk, run, or jog, we welcome all fitness levels to join the fun!

📍 Location: Memorial Park
⏰ Time:
	•	Meet at 7:00PM
	•	Start at 7:30PM

We typically complete a 3-mile loop, but you’re welcome to choose your own distance. Afterward, we cool down with a quick ab session and enjoy hanging out as a group.

🥗 Post-Run Socials:
Every Wednesday, we grab dinner together after the workout. Plus, at the end of each month, we celebrate our members’ birthdays because fitness and fun go hand in hand! 🎉
