Participant Liability Waiver & Event Acknowledgment

By purchasing a ticket and participating in Weekend Wellness: Sip & Sculpt, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in fitness classes and event activities involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume all risks associated with my participation.
I certify that I am physically able to participate in this event and have consulted a physician if I have any concerns regarding my health.
I release and hold harmless TrueCore Fitness, Haute Spot, their owners, employees, instructors, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, injuries, damages, or losses that may arise from my participation in this event.
I understand that this is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to weather, scheduling conflicts, illness, or failure to attend.
I understand that I am responsible for bringing my own exercise mat. A limited number of mats will be available to rent on a first-come, first-served basis.
I grant permission for photographs and videos taken during the event to be used by TrueCore Fitness and Haute Spot for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.

By registering for this event, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this waiver.
