By participating in any walk or event hosted by No Girl Walks Alone, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in group walks involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, potential injuries from walking, tripping, weather conditions, interactions with other participants, and encounters with animals. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

Personal Responsibility & Dog Safety: I understand that I am solely responsible for my own safety and the safety of my dog(s). I agree to maintain control of my pet at all times and ensure they are properly leashed. I acknowledge that No Girl Walks Alone is not responsible or liable for my personal safety, my dog’s safety, or the safety of others.

Dog Interactions & Liability: I acknowledge that No Girl Walks Alone is not responsible for any interactions between dogs, including injuries, bites, or fights. I agree to monitor my dog’s behavior and remove them from any situation where they may become uncomfortable or aggressive.

Liability Release: I waive, release, and discharge No Girl Walks Alone, its organizers, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or losses that may arise from my participation in this event, including but not limited to injuries to myself, my pet(s), or others.

Medical Emergencies: I acknowledge that in the event of an injury, illness, or emergency during the walk, No Girl Walks Alone is not responsible for providing medical care and that I am responsible for any costs incurred for medical treatment.

Photography & Media: I grant No Girl Walks Alone permission to use any photos or videos taken during the walk for promotional purposes, unless I explicitly request otherwise.

By attending a No Girl Walks Alone walk, I confirm that I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to this waiver. I acknowledge that participation is at my own risk.
