PARTICIPANT WAIVER, RELEASE OF LIABILITY & MEDIA CONSENT

By registering for or attending the No Girl Walks Alone Fourth Birthday Celebration (the “Event”), I acknowledge and voluntarily agree to the following:

**Released Parties:** For purposes of this waiver, “Released Parties” includes No Girl Walks Alone; the Event’s venue; and all participating or supporting sponsors, brands, vendors, partners, exhibitors, service providers, media organizations, photographers, videographers, production companies, and promotional partners, whether confirmed before or after my registration. “Released Parties” also includes each party’s respective owners, employees, organizers, volunteers, representatives, agents, affiliates, contractors, licensees, successors, and assigns.

**Assumption of Risk:** I understand that participating in the Event, including the group walk and any related activities, involves inherent risks. These may include, but are not limited to, injuries caused by walking, running, tripping, falling, traffic, crowds, weather conditions, terrain, event activities, food or beverages, other participants, and animals. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume all known and unknown risks associated with my attendance and participation.

**Personal Responsibility and Dog Safety:** I am solely responsible for my safety, personal belongings, and the safety and behavior of any dog or other animal I bring to the Event. I agree to keep my animal properly leashed and under my control at all times. I understand that the Released Parties are not responsible for my safety, my animal’s safety, or the safety of others affected by my animal.

**Dog Interactions and Liability:** I understand that the Released Parties are not responsible for interactions between animals, including injuries, bites, fights, or property damage. I agree to monitor my animal’s behavior and promptly remove them from any situation in which they may become uncomfortable, disruptive, or aggressive.

**RELEASE OF LIABILITY:** TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, I WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM CLAIMS, LIABILITIES, DAMAGES, LOSSES, COSTS, OR EXPENSES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO MY ATTENDANCE OR PARTICIPATION. THIS INCLUDES CLAIMS INVOLVING PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR INJURY TO MY ANIMAL, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE INHERENT RISKS OF THE EVENT OR THE ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE OF A RELEASED PARTY.

**Medical Emergencies:** I understand that the Released Parties have no obligation to provide medical care. If I experience an injury, illness, or emergency, I authorize Event personnel to contact emergency services when reasonably necessary. I am responsible for all resulting medical care and expenses.

**Photography, Recording, and Media Consent:** I understand that the Event is a public, promotional event where photography, video recording, audio recording, livestreaming, interviews, and other media capture may occur. Content may be captured by No Girl Walks Alone or by participating brands, sponsors, vendors, media organizations, photographers, videographers, content creators, production teams, guests, or other authorized third parties.

By registering for or attending the Event, I grant the Released Parties and their authorized partners, clients, licensees, platforms, and third parties the perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to photograph, film, record, livestream, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, display, distribute, broadcast, and otherwise use my name, image, likeness, voice, appearance, statements, and any photographs, videos, audio, or other recordings containing me.

I understand that this content may be used in social media, websites, press coverage, advertising, marketing, public relations, recaps, and other editorial, commercial, or promotional materials in any current or future format or medium, without further notice, approval, attribution, or compensation. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished content and release the Released Parties from claims arising from its authorized capture or use.

**Acknowledgment:** By registering for or attending the Event, I confirm that I have read and understand this waiver, release of liability, and media consent. I voluntarily agree to its terms and understand that participation is at my own risk.
