By purchasing a ticket and participating in this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in physical activities, including but not limited to fitness workouts, movement sessions, and related activities, involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury, illness, or other physical harm. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of my participation.

I confirm that I am physically capable of participating in this event and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. I agree to listen to my body, modify movements as needed, and stop participation if I experience discomfort, pain, or distress.

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Alondra Sanchez, SimplicityCo Movement, Sera Collective, Sentita Warehouse, all instructors, event partners, vendors, sponsors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in this event.
I acknowledge that this event may be photographed and/or recorded for promotional and marketing purposes. I grant permission for my likeness, image, and video to be used without compensation.

I understand that tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
