LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE OF CLAIMS**

I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the Wellness by Faith & Horses Event, which may include, but is not limited to: interaction with horses, equine-assisted activities, outdoor experiences, walking on uneven terrain, wellness activities, mindfulness practices, and other related activities.

Assumption of Risk

I understand and acknowledge that activities involving horses and outdoor environments carry inherent risks, including but not limited to: falls, kicks, bites, unpredictable animal behavior, weather conditions, uneven ground, and physical or emotional injury. I voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with my participation.

Release and Waiver of Liability

In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the event organizers, hosts, property owners, facilitators, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, loss, damage, or death that may occur as a result of my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Medical Acknowledgment

I certify that I am physically and mentally able to participate in this event. I understand that the organizers do not provide medical care and I am responsible for my own health, insurance, and medical needs.

Behavior & Safety Agreement

I agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the event staff and horse handlers. I understand that failure to comply may result in my removal from the event without refund.

Photo & Video Release

I grant permission for photos or videos taken during the event to be used for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes without compensation.

No Refund Policy

I understand that all sales are final and no refunds will be issued for any reason, including weather or personal circumstances.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
