Our 10th Wellness Crawl marks a full-circle moment — and you’re invited to be part of it. These events have been selling out all year, and this one holds something *extra* special.

This month’s theme is **Storytelling for Self-Expansion** — an exploration of the narratives we carry, the ones we can rewrite, and the radical freedom that comes when we *tell the truth of who we are.*

Together we’ll breathe, reflect, and connect through a powerful afternoon designed to help you own your story — and transform it from the inside out.

It’s our reimagined version of a “Pub Crawl” — but for your well-being. Multiple stops. Multiple modalities. One unforgettable experience.

**Is this beginner-friendly? Can I come alone?**
Yes and yes! Everything is designed for all experience levels. Many people attend solo — we create easy ways for you to connect with others.

**What is Serving Sundays?**
We gather on Sundays to reset before the week begins. It’s a welcoming space (all beliefs included!) focused on mindfulness, movement, and meaningful connection.

Spots are limited and always go fast.

### Refund Policy

We put a lot of heart into each event, partnering with a unique set of facilitators and vendors who are often compensated per ticket—which means your spot directly supports their work. Because of this, we’re not able to offer refunds or official transfers. As a small, community-driven team with limited capacity, every RSVP truly matters.

That said, if you can’t make it, you’re welcome to gift or resell your ticket on your own terms—no need to notify us.
