Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in physical activities at this event, including Pilates, Sculpt (led by Olivia Maltrotti, Certified PYRA Instructor), and cold plunge experiences, carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, injury, dizziness, or other physical or medical complications. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.
	2.	Medical Clearance: I affirm that I am physically able to participate in these activities and have consulted a physician if necessary. I understand that it is my responsibility to inform the instructor of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to participation.
	3.	Release of Liability: I release and hold Dissolve Collective, Shawna Lace Helton, the event venue, instructors, vendors, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from my participation in the event.
	4.	Use of Likeness: I grant permission for photos or videos taken during the event to be used for marketing, promotional, or social media purposes without compensation.
	5.	Vendor Disclaimer: I understand that interactions with vendors, products, or services at the event are voluntary, and Dissolve Collective is not responsible for any outcomes from purchases or services.
