PARTICIPANT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

ACTIVITIES
Participation may include group fitness workouts, yoga, cold plunge, sauna, mocktails and infused beverages, vendor product samples, dancing, and social activities.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand that participation involves inherent risks including physical injury, adverse reactions to cold plunge or sauna temperatures, allergic reactions to beverages or products, and other risks associated with fitness and social events. I voluntarily assume all such risks.
HEALTH ACKNOWLEDGMENT
I confirm I am in adequate physical health to participate. I acknowledge that cold plunge and sauna use may not be appropriate for individuals with cardiovascular conditions, high or low blood pressure, or pregnancy. I will notify event staff immediately if I feel unwell.
BEVERAGE ACKNOWLEDGMENT
I understand that all beverages served at this event are non-alcoholic. Some beverages may contain adaptogens, botanicals, herbs, or CBD. I accept full responsibility for consuming any beverages or products offered and will review ingredients if I have allergies or sensitivities.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I release ERA Club, LLC, Coffee Club, LLC, Funky Buddha Brewery, and their representatives from any and all claims or damages arising from my participation in this event.
MEDIA RELEASE
I grant ERA Club, LLC and Coffee Club, LLC permission to use photos or video of me from this event for promotional and social media purposes.
By registering, I confirm I am 18 or older and agree to this waiver in full.
