This is not your typical networking event.

Wellness After Hours brings together health + wellness professionals, enthusiasts, makers, creators, small business owners, nonprofits, and community-minded humans who are passionate about creating environments, experiences, and opportunities that support well-being in Williamson County and beyond.

Whether you are building a wellness business, growing a community initiative, exploring new collaborations, or simply craving connection with like-minded people — this space was intentionally created for you.

We are honored to offer a small, intimate Eternal Weaving Circle Experience with Jessica prior to the mixer.

This guided experience is designed to help participants slow down, settle into the space, reconnect inward, and arrive grounded before stepping into community connection.

No experience necessary — simply come as you are.

To reserve your spot, choose the “Eternal Weaving Circle Experience” ticket option at registration.

If you plan to attend only the mixer portion of the evening, select the “Mixer Tier” ticket.

🌿 FLOW OF THE EVENING

6:00–6:30 PM Eternal Weaving Circle Experience : pre-registration with limited capacity.  Must RSVP by text to: +1 (737) 888-4821





6:30–7:00 PM Arrival + Organic Connection Light bites, refreshments, conversation, and space to settle into the evening naturally.

7:00 PM Official Welcome + Host Spotlight Followed by guided connection experiences designed to create authentic conversation, shared stories, collaboration, and meaningful community interaction in a relaxed and approachable environment.

7:45 PM Growing Wellness in WILCO Learn more about ways to deepen your connection within the Hippo Social Club ecosystem through collaborative partnerships, affiliate opportunities, sponsorship, venue hosting, wellness activations, and community initiatives designed to make wellness more accessible throughout Williamson County.

8pm: Closing and Goodbyes
