10 am - 12 pm stick around for sauna and cold plunge sessions with Savannah Ice Tub Club, good eats from Goodfortune Market, and the 'grand opening' of the community fridge&#x20;

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING. THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND WAIVER OF CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS.
By signing this waiver, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the Ice Tub Club Event (the “Event”) hosted by Savannah Ice Tub Club LLC at the Bahai Faith Center. I understand and agree to the following:
1. Assumption of Risk: I understand and acknowledge that participation in the Event, which includes activities such as cold plunges, sauna, yoga, breathwork sessions, and other wellness activities, involves inherent risks. These risks may include but are not limited to: Exposure to extreme hot and cold temperatures; Slips, trips, or falls in wet or icy conditions; Adverse physical reactions, including but not limited to shock, hypothermia, dizziness, or fainting; Risks associated with physical activity, such as strains, sprains, or other injuries; Emotional or psychological stress from participation in cold exposure or breathwork sessions. I FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE that participation in this event may involve a test of a person's physical and mental limits and may carry with it the potential for death, serious injury, and property loss. I agree not to participate in the Activity unless I am medically able and properly trained, and I agree to abide by the decision of the Savannah Ice Tub Club, LLC official or agent, regarding my approval to participate in the Activity. I fully accept and assume all risks, hazards, and dangers associated with my participation in the Event, whether identified or not. 
2. Medical Contraindications: I understand that participation in cold plunges, sauna, breathwork, or other Event activities may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions, including but not limited to: Heart or cardiovascular conditions; High or low blood pressure; Respiratory conditions (e.g., asthma, COPD); Circulatory disorders (e.g., Raynaud’s disease); Pregnancy; Neurological disorders such as epilepsy or severe anxiety; Recent surgeries especially those affecting the chest or abdomen; and/or any other condition that may be aggravated by extreme cold exposure or physical exertion. I affirm that I am in good physical condition and do not have any medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in the Event. If I have any concerns, I have consulted with my doctor prior to participating.
3. Alcohol and Substance-Free Policy: I acknowledge that this is an alcohol and substance-free event. I agree not to consume alcohol or substances before or during the Event, as they may impair my body, mind, and breath, creating unsafe conditions for myself and others. By signing this waiver, I confirm that I am sober and substance-free at the time of participation.
4. Waiver and Release of Liability: In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Event, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release and discharge Savannah Ice Tub Club LLC, Bahai Faith Center, their owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, and affiliates (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of or related to my participation in the Event, including but not limited to claims arising from the negligence of the Released Parties.
5. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) that arise as a result of my participation in the Event, including but not limited to claims made by third parties.
6. Photo and Media Release:  I grant permission for Savannah Ice Tub Club LLC and its affiliates to use photographs, videos, or other media of me taken during the Event for promotional, marketing, or other lawful purposes. I waive any right to royalties or compensation arising from such use.
7. Acknowledgment of Understanding: I have read this waiver and fully understand its terms. I acknowledge that I am signing this agreement freely and voluntarily, and that by doing so, I am waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue.
