This time we are having @allinfitllc joining with a strength conditioning session 🏋️

What to expect:
- 5k run
- Strength and conditioning OR yoga
- Sauna and cold plunge

Friendly reminder: bring your MAT and TOWEL if you're doing yoga and cold plunge.
