Wellness Saturdays brings together East Austin’s most vibrant community for curated movement, mindful connection, and intentional recharge. Each week features a different local wellness partner leading their signature experience—from vinyasa flow and HIIT to breathwork, pilates, ecstatic dance, and beyond.



**Programming Includes:**

&#x9;∙ 60-90 minute guided wellness experience led by top Austin instructors

&#x9;∙ Coffee, wellness beverages & optional mimosas at the bar

&#x9;∙ Curated vendor pop-ups featuring local makers and wellness practitioners

&#x9;∙ Indoor/outdoor space with pool deck access (select dates)

&#x9;∙ Community vibes that carry you through the weekend



**What to Bring:**

Participant Waiver and Release of Liability

By attending this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participating in fitness classes, yoga, breathwork, dance, pool activities, sauna, cold plunge, and other wellness activities involves physical risk, including potential injury or illness.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including:

	∙ Physical exertion and potential injuries (strains, sprains, falls)
	∙ Contact with water, heat, or cold (pool, sauna, cold plunge)
	∙ Reactions to food, beverages, or wellness products
I confirm that I am physically capable of participating and have consulted a physician if I have any health concerns.

Release of Liability

I release Cabana Club, its owners, operators, employees, instructors, wellness partners, sponsors, and vendors from any liability, claims, or lawsuits arising from my participation, including injuries caused by negligence, defective equipment, facility conditions, or actions of other participants.
I understand that Cabana Club is not responsible for lost or stolen personal property.

Medical Treatment

I authorize Cabana Club to obtain emergency medical treatment if necessary and understand that I am responsible for all associated costs. I acknowledge that medical personnel may not be present at the event.

Special Activity Risks (Pool, Sauna, Cold Plunge)
For events with pool, sauna, or cold plunge access, I acknowledge additional risks including drowning, heat exhaustion, heat stroke, cold shock, and cardiovascular stress.

I confirm that I have no medical conditions (heart conditions, pregnancy, high blood pressure, respiratory issues) that would make these activities unsafe. I will monitor my own condition and stop if I feel unwell.

Photo/Video Release

I grant Cabana Club the right to use photos or videos of me from the event for promotional purposes on social media, websites, and marketing materials without compensation. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify staff upon arrival.

Health & Conduct
	∙ I will not attend if experiencing illness symptoms or recent exposure to communicable diseases
	∙ If alcohol is available, I will consume responsibly and not participate in activities while impaired
	∙ I agree to follow instructor directions and treat all participants, staff, and vendors with respect
	∙ I understand that disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund

Refund Policy
Ticket sales are final. No refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or early departure. If Cabana Club cancels the event, a credit toward a future event may be offered.

Agreement
I have read and understand this waiver. I am signing it freely and voluntarily, and I acknowledge that I am giving up substantial legal rights, including my right to sue.
By purchasing a ticket and attending Wellness Saturdays, I agree to be bound by this waiver.
