Join us for the ultimate wellness staycation in collaboration with Cosmo contour for a wellness day at the Carillon Miami wellness resort. 🧘🏼‍♀️

What you will experience 
- 30 minute Pilates sculpt class
- 30 minute infrared fitness (treadmill and cover stations) 
- Spa day with sauna, steam room, ice room, and more 
- End at the beach for some vitamin D and relaxation

There will be curated wellness goodies, snacks, juice and more. NOT confirmed, but in case we are able to get sets on time, please include your sizing!

Mats are included — we recommend bringing a bathing suit, sneakers good for walking, and wear ALL BLACK. You will have a full day access to the Carillon resort amenities!
