By purchasing a ticket and participating in the Runknown Summer Social Event, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Assumption of Risk:
I understand that participation in the Event, including but not limited to fitness activities, cold plunges, sauna use, fitness competitions, electric boat rides, and any other activities or services offered, carries inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, property damage, or loss. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in the Event.

Release of Liability:
I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, personal representatives, and assigns, hereby release and discharge Runknown, event sponsors, partners, volunteers, staff, and any other associated individuals or entities from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation in the Event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Medical Treatment:
I consent to receive medical treatment deemed necessary in the event of injury, accident, or illness during the Event. I agree to bear any costs associated with such treatment.

Photo and Video Release:
I understand that the Event may be recorded and photographed. I grant permission to Runknown and its partners to use my likeness in photographs, videos, or other media for promotional and commercial purposes without compensation.

Fitness to Participate:
I certify that I am physically fit, have sufficiently prepared for participation, and have not been advised by a qualified medical professional against such activities.

Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Runknown, its affiliates, staff, sponsors, and volunteers from any claims or demands arising out of my participation, including legal fees incurred in defending such claims.

Governing Law:
This waiver shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Severability:
If any provision of this waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By completing the ticket purchase and/or participating in the Event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the above terms.
