By purchasing a ticket for the Wellness Sunset Club: End of Summer Social, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Waiver & Release of Liability.

I understand that participation in this event is voluntary and may include, but is not limited to:

I understand that participation in these activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, slips, falls, dehydration, dizziness, allergic reactions, burns, illness, fainting, cardiac events, infections, injuries related to physical activity, heat exposure, cold exposure, needles, treatments, equipment, or other unforeseen risks.

I certify that I am physically able to participate and understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician before participating if I have any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or other health concerns.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

By purchasing a ticket, I release and hold harmless MABOH Wellness Collective, CALMA Wellness Lounge, Yogithot Studio, Force PT, Thrive Art District, Aura Coffee, Vanessa Mota, Ryan Jones, all instructors, vendors, sponsors, volunteers, independent contractors, event staff, property owners, participating businesses, affiliates, employees, officers, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from or related to my participation in the event, including those resulting from ordinary negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
I understand that participation in cold plunges, saunas, IV therapy, bodywork, red light therapy, massage, stretching, and other recovery services is entirely voluntary, and I accept full responsibility for choosing to participate.
If I choose to receive a flash tattoo, I understand that the service is provided solely by an independent tattoo artist and not by the event organizers. Any risks or complications related to tattoo services are my sole responsibility.

I understand that food and beverages may contain allergens and accept full responsibility for any dietary restrictions or allergic reactions.

I grant permission to MABOH Wellness Collective, CALMA Wellness Lounge, Yogithot Studio, Force PT, Thrive Art District, sponsors, vendors, and media partners to photograph, film, and record me during the event and to use my image, likeness, voice, and video recordings for promotional, marketing, social media, website, and future event purposes without compensation.

I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings and that the released parties are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.
I understand that participation while under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol is prohibited and that event staff reserve the right to refuse participation if they believe I may pose a safety risk.

In the event of an emergency, I authorize the event organizers to obtain emergency medical treatment on my behalf if I am unable to do so, and I accept full responsibility for any resulting medical expenses.

By purchasing a ticket, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to all of the terms outlined above.
