Join us for a Wellness Walk + Mat Pilates morning in the heart of CocoWalk 💗

We are so excited to partner with BODYROK for this special event happening Saturday, March 28 at 10 AM. We will start with a guided Girls Walk Miami walk through the area, giving you the chance to move your body, meet new girls, and connect with an amazing community.

After the walk, we will flow into a mat Pilates class held in the heart of CocoWalk, taught by a BODYROK instructor. Mats will be provided by Free People Movement.

Every guest will receive a curated Girls Walk Miami goodie bag filled with products from some of our favorite brands, plus a complimentary beverage to enjoy.

Your ticket also automatically enters you into our giveaway to win Mt. Joy concert tickets at Hard Rock on April 9. We will be selecting two winners, and each winner will receive two tickets.

Bring your comfiest walking shoes, your friends, or come solo and meet new ones. This is all about community, movement, and having fun.

GIRLS WALK MIAMI LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE

By registering for and attending the Girls Walk Miami Wellness Walk + Mat Pilates event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in physical activities including walking, fitness classes, and Pilates involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, falls, muscle strain, illness, or other physical harm. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in this event.

2. Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Girls Walk Miami, Ana Lesser, BODYROK, CocoWalk, Free People Movement, and any affiliated partners, sponsors, instructors, employees, or representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of my participation in this event.

3. Medical Responsibility
I certify that I am physically able to participate in this event and have no medical conditions that would prevent my safe participation. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a physician if needed prior to participating.

4. Personal Responsibility
I agree to participate responsibly, follow all instructions given by event organizers and instructors, and act in a safe manner throughout the event.

5. Photo and Video Release
I grant permission to Girls Walk Miami and its partners to capture and use photos, videos, and other media of me during the event for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation.

6. Marketing Communications
By attending this event, I agree to receive communications from Girls Walk Miami and its partners, including emails, text messages, and promotional content related to future events, offers, and collaborations. I understand I can opt out at any time.

7. No Refund Policy
I understand that all ticket purchases are final and non refundable.

8. Agreement
By registering for this event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver and release in full.
