Voluntary Participation: I am voluntarily participating in the Event, which may include fitness activities, wellness practices, live entertainment, use of facilities such as cold plunge and sauna, and interaction with vendors and brand activations.
Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation involves risks including but not limited to injury, illness, dehydration, accident, or other hazards associated with physical activity and large gatherings. I voluntarily assume all risks.
Release of Liability: I release and hold harmless [Organizer Name], its affiliates, staff, volunteers, vendors, sponsors, and venue from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Medical Consent: I certify that I am physically able to participate and assume responsibility for my own health and safety. In case of emergency, I consent to medical treatment at my expense.
Media Release: I grant permission for photos, video, or other media of me at the Event to be used for promotional purposes.
Alcohol & Substances: If alcohol is served or consumed, I accept full responsibility for my actions and understand that participation under the influence is at my own risk.
