By signing below and/or attending the SOCIALISTA CLUB LLC Wellness Event, I acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following:
1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in this event involves physical activity, including but not limited to workout classes, cold plunges and use of wellness services. I acknowledge these activities involve inherent risks including, but not limited to, physical injury, illness, allergic reaction, drowning, dehydration, slipping or falling, and other unforeseen risks.
I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk of injury, illness, loss, damage, or death that I may sustain as a result of my participation, whether caused by the negligence of Socialista, the venue, or otherwise.
2. Waiver & Release
I release and hold harmless Socialista Club LLC, its organizers, affiliates, partners, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or connected with my participation in this event.
This release includes, but is not limited to, claims for personal injury, property damage or loss, theft, or medical issues that may arise during or after the event.
3. Belongings & Valuables
I understand that I am solely responsible for any personal belongings I bring to the event, including but not limited to yoga mats, bags, phones, and wallets. Socialista is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
4. Medical Treatment
I understand that certain vendors may provide wellness services (e.g. B12 injections, IV therapy, etc.) at the event. I acknowledge that each vendor operates independently and may require a separate waiver. I agree that I will consult with any applicable vendors regarding their services and disclose any relevant health conditions.
I consent to receive medical attention if necessary and understand that any medical treatment provided will be at my own expense.
5. Photography & Media Release
I grant permission to Socialista to use photos or videos taken during the event for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes without compensation.
6. Acknowledgment of Understanding
I have read this waiver of liability, fully understand its terms, and sign it freely and voluntarily. I am 18 years of age or older. If under 18, a legal guardian must sign on my behalf.

A 45-minute full-body sculpt session on the JetSet mat. Mats provided just bring yourself and get ready to tone, strengthen, and feel the burn.

express ride designed to get your heart rate up and leave you sweaty and smiling. Bikes provided by Spinning Out Social Club. Bring your cycling shoes if you have them — limited pairs will be available to borrow.

Your GA ticket gives you full access to all complimentary wellness activations throughout the event from recovery to self-care stations. Each ticket also includes a refreshing mocktail to sip on while you explore. Food and drinks will be available for purchase so come ready to hang out, connect, and enjoy the vibe.
