### **Rave & Reset at Cabana Club | Wellness Saturdays Kickoff Event**

*Austin… we’re bringing daytime back.*

This is the kickoff of a new weekly Saturday wellness series on **The Pool Deck** at **Cabana Club**— a nervous-system reset that sets your 2026 off right.

Start with a restorative breathwork session by legendary Austin-based breath coach [**JJ Ruescas**](https://www.instagram.com/jjruescas/) and mediative  sound healing journey by [**Cassie Cannon**](https://www.instagram.com/reverie_bycassc/).

(***Optional, but recommended**: bring a blanket, pillow & eyemask...trust us :)*&#x20;

Then, flow with a deep house yoga experience with [**Meagan Swinford** ](https://www.instagram.com/jaguarhighpriestess/)(@[jaguarhighpriestess](https://www.instagram.com/jaguarhighpriestess/)) and special Guest DJ [**WHOISSHE**](https://www.instagram.com/djwhoisshee), sweat it out with a HIIT session with [**Fiona Marshall**](https://www.instagram.com/getfitwithfi/) & [**Odessa Sabala**](https://www.instagram.com/odessa_sb/) of [**Squatch Fitness**](https://www.instagram.com/squatchfrontierfitness/) right after (Optional: *Bring BYO Yoga Mat & Water Bottle*).

Closing out is our **Wellness Happy Hour**: Wood-Fired Saunas by [**SweatCity Mobile**](https://www.instagram.com/sweatcitymobile/), Cold Plunges by [**Revive**](https://reviveplunge.com/)**,** our heated pool, wellness beverage specials, giveaways and Special Guest DJs spinning throughout (*swimsuit & towel recommended*).

**12:00 PM —** Deep House Yoga with **Megan Swinford** and **DJ WHOISHE**
*Movement meets music. Sweat optional. Bliss likely.*

**1:15 PM —** HIIT Workout (feat. **Squatch Fitness**)
*High energy, real coaching, all levels welcome—modify as needed.*

**2:00 PM —** Wellness Happy Hour&#x20;
Mobile wood-fired sauna by **SweatCity Mobile** + cold plunges by **Revive** + our heated pool. DJs spinning throughout + food and wellness goodies from vendors/partners/sponsors.

## What to Bring

***Come comfy for breathwork, f*****itness Attire recommended.** Swimwear if you’re plunging, yogam mat, water bottle, and a towel (***unless you’re All-In***).

## Quick note

*Cold plunge + sauna are optional. Listen to your body. If you’re pregnant or have cardiovascular/medical concerns, consider sitting those portions out.*

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending Sanctuary Saturdays: Heat + Ice (“Event”), I acknowledge and agree to the following, on behalf of myself, my heirs, and assigns:

1) Voluntary participation + assumption of risk

I am voluntarily participating in wellness activities that may include breathwork, yoga, HIIT/fitness training, sauna/heat exposure, cold plunge/ice immersion, pool use, music/dancing, and related activities. I understand these activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to: muscle strains, sprains, dizziness, fainting, hyperventilation, dehydration, heat illness, burns, hypothermia, cold shock response, cardiac events, slips/falls, drowning, and other serious injury or death.

I knowingly assume all risks, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable, arising from my attendance and participation.

2) Health acknowledgment (read this twice)

I represent that I am physically able to participate and have no medical condition that would make participation unsafe. I understand it is my responsibility to consult a physician if needed.

Do not participate in sauna/cold plunge/breathwork/HIIT if you have (or suspect you have) heart disease, high blood pressure, respiratory conditions (including asthma), seizure disorders, are pregnant, have a history of fainting, or any other condition that could be aggravated by intense exercise, breathwork, heat, or cold exposure.

I agree to stop immediately if I feel unwell and to notify Event staff.

3) Pool / water safety

I understand the pool area presents additional risks (including drowning). I agree to follow all posted rules and staff directions. I acknowledge the pool area may not be lifeguarded. I will not dive, run, or behave recklessly in or around the pool deck.

4) Release of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless:

Cabana Club / 7th & Shady Lane LLC , the venue and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, and agents;

All Event instructors, DJs, vendors, sponsors, partners (including any mobile sauna provider / fitness provider), and their respective personnel;

from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or liability of any kind arising from or related to my attendance or participation, including claims based on negligence (except where prohibited by law).

5) Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and defend the released parties from any claims or costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from my actions, behavior, or participation at the Event.

6) Conduct + safety rules

I agree to act responsibly and follow all safety instructions. I understand I may be removed without refund if I am unsafe, aggressive, intoxicated, or noncompliant with Event rules.

7) Photo / video consent (optional but recommended)

I grant permission for the Event and its partners to capture and use photos/video/audio of me taken at the Event for promotional, marketing, and documentation purposes, without compensation.
If I do not want to be filmed/photographed, I will notify staff at check-in.

8) Infectious disease acknowledgment

I understand that attending public events carries exposure risks (including COVID-19 or other illnesses), and I assume those risks. I agree not to attend if I feel sick.

9) Personal property

I am responsible for my own belongings. The released parties are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

10) Governing law / venue

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any disputes will be brought in courts located in Travis County, Texas, unless otherwise required by law.

I HAVE READ AND AGREE to the Waiver & Release of Liability above. I understand I am giving up certain legal rights by attending and participating.
