Join us for a celebration of our 9th anniversary! Start your morning with an invigorating all-levels YOGA flow led by Caroline Spence from 8:15AM-9AM followed by an all-levels BARRE flow led by Jordan Hana from 9:15AM-10AM. Afterward, stay as long as you'd like and mingle during our Happy Hour featuring matcha by Holistically Well, your first drink on the house courtesy of District Brew Yards, and snacks from PreppednPlated.

Each attendee will also receive a fabulous SWAG BAG filled with goodies from our generous sponsors, including Artisan Tropic, Aramore, Field Notes, Fungies, LMNT, Luna Bay, Nature Nate's Honey, SouthForty Snacks, and Trolli  😎
