Join Your Healthy Chaos for a fun, interactive workshop exploring stress, capacity, and what happens to our routines when life expands. Together, we’ll look at why healthy habits can feel harder during busy or overwhelming seasons and how to create realistic support that actually fits your life.

This isn’t a lecture. Expect honest conversation, guided reflection, interactive activities, and practical tools you can start using right away.
