Sip on a matcha latte or grab a refreshing mocktail from our open bar while you mix and mingle with fellow wellness enthusiasts. Treat yourself to mini massages, assisted stretching, reiki, lymphatic massage, cupping, compression boots, aromatherapy, a fascia facelift, and lots of other restorative goodies.

By participating in this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: I understand that Pilates is a physical activity and that participation carries inherent risks of injury. I understand that participation is at my own risk, and I agree to hold harmless the event organizers, hosts, venue, and all affiliates from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from Pilates-related incidents before, during, or after the event.

Release of Liability: I waive, release, and discharge the event organizers, sponsors, venue, and any affiliated parties from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from injury, property damage, or loss incurred during the event.

Personal Belongings: I understand that I am responsible for my own personal belongings and that the event organizers are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Media Release: I grant permission for the event organizers to capture and use photos and videos of me for promotional and social media purposes without compensation.
