Hosted by Wilson x Scottsdale Tennis Club, this tournament brings together players of all levels for exciting singles and mixed doubles matches. Scottsdale Tennis Club logo color attire is requested: please wear White, Green and/or Pink!

By registering, you agree to the liability waiver, partner agreement clause for the Released Parties & Tournament Organizers, photo/video consent, physical condition clause and code of conduct. These terms also apply to any partner you list in your registration.

Tournament Participation

USTA Rules: The Tournament will be conducted in accordance with official United States Tennis Association (USTA) rules, with no umpires or official officiating. I agree to resolve any disputes, including scoring or calls, in a sportsmanlike manner as per USTA's self-officiating standards.

Match Format: All matches will be played as one (1) set to six (6) games, with no advantage scoring. In the event of a 6-6 tie, a tiebreaker will be played.

Scorekeeping Responsibility: I am responsible for keeping my own score and reporting accurate results to the Tournament Organizers: Scottsdale Tennis Club, Wilson, its owners, officers, agents, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliated partners. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.

Conflict Resolution: In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved between players, the Tournament Organizers: Scottsdale Tennis Club, Wilson, its owners, officers, agents, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliated partners. may intervene to make a final determination.

Physical Condition: I confirm that I am in good physical health and able to participate in the Tournament, and I agree to do so at my own risk.

For purposes of this agreement, “Released Parties” and “Tournament Organizers” include Scottsdale Tennis Club LLC and their respective owners, Wilson and their respective owners, officers, agents, volunteers, sponsors, affiliated partners, and the owners and operators of Scottsdale Ranch Park & Tennis Center.

Acknowledgment and Release of Liability:
By submitting this registration form, I acknowledge that participation in the tennis tournament involves physical activity and carries inherent risks. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to injury, illness, heat-related illness, or property damage. I acknowledge the risks associated with high temperatures and outdoor conditions in Arizona. I hereby release and hold harmless the Tournament Organizers: Scottsdale Tennis Club and their respective owners, Wilson and their respective owners, officers, agents, volunteers, sponsors, affiliated partners, and the owners and operators of Scottsdale Ranch Park & Tennis Center from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of or related to my participation in this event. I confirm that I am physically fit to participate and have not been advised otherwise by a medical professional. This release includes any claims arising from the negligence of the Released Parties & Tournament Organizers. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from my participation. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

Partner Agreement Clause:
If I am registering for a doubles event and listing a partner, I confirm that my partner is aware of and agrees to the terms outlined in this waiver and consent. These terms apply equally to any individual listed as a doubles partner.

Photo & Video:
I grant permission for the Tournament Organizers: Scottsdale Tennis Club, Wilson, its owners, officers, agents, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliated partners to use photographs and video recordings taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes. I understand that these materials may be used in print, online, or social media formats.

Medical Responsibility:  I certify that I am physically able to participate in tennis activities and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation. I understand that Tournament Organizers, including Scottsdale Tennis Club and their respective owners, Wilson and their respective owners, officers, agents, volunteers, sponsors, affiliated partners, and the owners and operators of Scottsdale Ranch Park & Tennis Center do not provide medical insurance or medical assistance.

Personal Property: I understand that the Tournament Organizers: Scottsdale Tennis Club, Wilson, its owners, officers, agents, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliated partners, Scottsdale Ranch Park & Tennis Center are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Code of Conduct:
All participants are expected to uphold the spirit of sportsmanship, respect, and fair play throughout the tournament. 

By registering, you agree to:
Treat fellow players, officials, and staff with respect and courtesy. Refrain from unsportsmanlike behavior, including verbal abuse, cheating, or intimidation. Follow all tournament rules and match procedures as outlined by the organizers. Respect the decisions of referees and tournament officials. Maintain a positive and inclusive environment for all participants.

Failure to adhere to this code of conduct may result in disqualification, dismissal, and/or removal from the tournament.
