Wine Down Wednesdays

FIERY (AGNI) VINYASA

 

This is a Vinyasa class where we will be igniting the fire within ourselves, cleansing and releasing all energy that no longer serves us! Learn about Yoga Asana (postures), pranayama (breath work), and the harmonious relationship we can build between them through the practice of yoga.

This class is a 1 hour experience, and is an active class! We close the evening with a loving Sound meditation. Enjoy a complimentary drink at the Baia Beach Club afterwards!
